Previously, I was a vice president for fifteen years at Fortune 500 telecommunications companies including Comcast, AT&T Broadband, MediaOne and Continental Cablevision.
I've co-authored two books on leadership, and am currently writing a solor one about women and power. My articles have appeared in SmartBrief, Insights, Forbes, and The Glass Hammer.
