I have over 25 years of software development and leadership experience building enterprise, business intelligence and e-commerce software solutions. Most recently, I have been one of the leaders transforming the 500 engineer Product Group from a Waterfall-like development process to an Agile one. My most rewarding efforts have been projects where my team was completely aligned and operating at a high level - functioning as a high performance team.
