JP Naude is the President of the Western Cape Provincial Sport Confederation.

He grew up in Cape Town and spent most of his life doing martial arts in which he holds a black belt in both Kyokushin Karate and Judo. He is one of the few that trained in Japan as an Uchi-Deshi.

After many years as a radio presenter he now presents Cape Rugby TV, one of SA's biggest rugby TV shows in partnership with WP Rugby. JP is the CEO of Strategic Media Evox Cape Town.

He built the Strategic Media Media studios in Cape Town with a specific view to deliver affordable, accessible high end digital content for TV and Social Media.

He is passionate about community media productions, with a focus on sport.

A highlight for him was working for Tokyo Sexwale to erect the statue of Nelson Mandela at the Drakenstein Prison.

In addition JP is the owner of the SA Blog Awards which sees SA's bloggers compete annually.

He is the Vice-Chairman of the Western Cape Transformation Monitoring Committee and serves on the Cape Town Sports Council Executive.
