As a co-founder of A Premier Realty Group of Illinois, Jeannine brings a wealth of real estate knowledge and experience to the team. Her dynamic and engaging personality, in addition to her true leadership skills, provides the foundation for success in helping our clients attain the most favorable solution. Jeannine’s personal commitment and dedication to our clients’ needs is what makes her unique.

After attending Eastern Illinois University, Jeannine started her career at Delnor Community Hospital as the Senior Events Coordinator. She was responsible for not only the special events advertising, but also for the planning and operations for major charitable events and functions. Soon after, with the attainment of her real estate license, Jeannine worked as both an independent agent and the lead buyer’s agent for an extremely successful real estate broker who was well rehearsed in real estate investment strategies. This real world experience coupled with her real estate investment education has proven to be two crucial key ingredients for success in real estate. Jeannine is also well-known for her extensive research of properties and their neighborhoods to assist new clients as well.

Today, Jeannine specializes in the distressed real estate market. She has negotiated and successfully assisted to close, over 100 short sales, which in turn has helped families avoid foreclosure. Jeannine also works on the other side of the fence listing homes for lenders that have gone through the foreclosure process and need to re-introduce the distressed home back to the market in the most favorable way. Jeannine enjoys the challenges of this type of niche market as she is always in a position to be apart of a team that is making a positive impact during a difficult time and producing a win-win outcome for all parties. Both transactions are personally gratifying to her as they are helping make the comminutes we live in stay strong and continue to move forward.
