I am a seasoned entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, beginning my career as a loan officer in 2000. In 2009—at the height of the housing and mortgage crash—I launched my own company and guided hundreds of families through one of the most difficult economic downturns of our generation, helping many homeowners avoid foreclosure.

Real estate has always been more than a profession for me; it’s a passion. Since earning my license as a REALTOR® in May 2012, I’ve specialized in working with both foreign national investors and local homebuyers, offering ethical, transparent, and market-savvy guidance through every stage of the process. My ability to read and adapt to shifting market conditions has allowed me to consistently help clients protect and grow their wealth.

I also hold a five-year license with the California Association of Business Brokers (C.A.B.B.), where I have completed dozens of commercial sales and leases. My expertise extends deeply into the restaurant industry, with a proven track record in both sales and acquisitions.

Today, as CEO and Managing Partner of The Schwarz Group, Inc., I take pride in empowering clients to achieve their financial goals through strategic acquisitions and investments. Beyond brokerage, I am continually identifying prime land and development opportunities to help shape the future of our communities.

In 2018, my wife Elisabeth and I expanded our entrepreneurial vision beyond real estate by acquiring The Little Yoga Studio in San Diego’s Cortez Hill.
