Jose Escabi

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, went to Texas Tech for college, and ended up as an Engineer in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

On 9/5/2004 I got married to the most amazing woman on earth, we had our first baby girl on May of 2008, her name is Gabi, and our second, Catalina, on March of 2012.

I enjoy Texas Tech Football, Toastmasters, woodworking, working out and watching TV shows on Netflix.
