Hey there everyone! My name is Joseph Connell but I go by Joe. I'm currently a junior business administration major at Plymouth State University in Plymouth, NH. I live in a house off campus with 6 of my best friends. While I school I like to keep a good mix of lecture classes and online classes. This allows me time to focus on my passion of weightlifting. My blog, which is linked above, focuses on my fitness journey over the past 7ish years. When I'm not studying or lifting I spend my time volunteering with the Plymouth Regional High School football program. I spend the majority of my time working with the freshman and JV teams. With the freshman I get to work with the offensive and defensive lines and with both teams, I coordinate the special teams on game day! As I have Fridays off of classes, I use that day to substitute teach in the Plymouth Regional school district. typically I am at Plymouth Elementary but I could really get sent anywhere in the area. I also work at the Underground @ 1766 Brewery a few nights a month as a bouncer checking ID's. My life can be pretty busy at times but I wouldn't change it for anything!
