Jean-florent Rerolle

I am a partner at KPMG Corporate Finance. I specialize in fairness opinions, business valuation, value based management, financial marketing and board advisory services. I am also registred on the finance experts' list of the Paris Court of Appeal (Expert près la Cour d'Appel de Paris en Finance).

From 1995 to 2004, I was a partner at Ernst & Young which I joined in 1991, and from 2005 to 2011, I was Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey, an investment bank, where I was co-head of Financial Advisory Services in Europe.

I have several extra-professional activities : founder and board member of the Institut Français des Administrateurs and of the Société Française des Evaluateurs (French Society of Valuation Experts), member of several AMF task forces (fairness opinions, Audit committees, valuation profession) and lecturer in major French business schools (HEC, ESCP-Europe, ENSAE and SciencesPo) on Corporate Finance and corporate governance.

I wrote many articles about new valuations techniques, valuation in the digital economy, corporate governance, value based management and Financial marketing. I co-authored the 3 editions of the IFA "vade-mecum for board members".

I was educated at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (1981) with an emphasis in Public Administration, Law and Economics. I have a Pre-doctoral degree in Defense Policy from Paris I-Sorbonne (1982) and an MBA of HEC Group (1991).
