Growing up as a child I had to learn things at a early age. You would think the dope life is the life to live but its not. As I grow older I realized my parents and I never had a great relationship. I felt as though they expressed their love to me through money. The money, cars, clothes etc .. Its all materialistic things. Never let materialistic things control your love for someone. When I was 13 years old the feds hit our house and took my parents to jail. My sister and brother and I were living from pillow to post. My uncle separated us so i was living with him in mesquite. Living in mesquite made me feel so out of place. The area was so different from what I was use to. As my uncle enrolled me into John Horn High School, I honestly started progressing in academics and my carrer path. I started joing JROTC. From the moment I stepped foot in that class, I knew the Military is were I would love to go.
