Having grown up in Bucaramanga, Colombia, has given me the opportunity to develop my interpersonal skills because due to my pleasant working experience at DIAN department I have helped a lot of people that normally find themselves in unpleasant situations regarding customer service get an optimal solution to their needs.Also in that city I used to play different sports that’s the reason why I think that I know how to work in teams and find many ways to solve a problem one thing that I learn with the experience is that everybody has many ways to see the problems but if you wat to help and give some advises you must learn how to manage the reactions of people in the different situation’s.
