My name is Jan, born in Frankfurt, Germany. I live in New York.

I'm the CEO and Co-Founder of the video game company Arcade Distillery and Co-Founder at the social impact gaming company One Earth Rising.

I began my career as an officer in the German military, leading operations in a helicopter squadron, maintaining political and international relations, and overseeing training programs.

After leaving military service in 2012, I founded the marketing firm sagency in Berlin, with a focus on online marketing. Following early success, sagency expanded in 2013, opening offices in New York City to pursue business opportunities in North America and extend the agency's reach globally.

In 2015, I decided to pursue my personal passion for video games and founded Arcade Distillery with Luc Bernard. Under my leadership, the studio has successfully launched 6 games on a broad range of platforms (including PlayStation Vita, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox), developed licensed projects for a variety of partners, and has plans to pursue new games promoting social advocacy in collaboration with One Earth Rising. As an owner of mTw Gaming Inc., I have successfully expanded my activities into eSports.
