Hey, I’m Javi!

I’m currently working at SEAT Barcelona, within HR and Organization Department. Since 2021, I’m HR processes and policies responsible. I’ve been also at different roles here, as Project Manager and Change Manager.

Before, I was working abroad as an HR Business Partner at Tecnicas Reunidas, Johor, Malaysia, for 2 years. Great experience 😊

I am a fan of Business, Management, and HR. I’m also interested in photography and travel.
