Mr. Ryan is National Training Director with MatchRate Plus. Jim started his career in the trans loading industry 1996 and was a Terminal/Operations Manager for Kinder Morgan Material Services.
In 2008 he worked for National Industrial Lumber Co. as an Operations Manager managing the fleet, inventory, production, shipping, safety and quality control.
Jim was introduced to MatchRate Plus in 2010 and is a part of the electronic payment industry. Jim works with and trains new referral agents and helps merchants with MatchRate Plus market leading "Cash Back" merchant account program.
Jim has been married to his wife Tina for 24 yrs. and they have three sons Michael, Zachary and Justin, one grandson Aaron. Jim enjoys helping others through outreach programs and is the president of a nonprofit called Project Be Somebody Inc.
