Hi, I'm 27 years old, and recently received my doctorate in Human Biochemical Genetics. My undergraduate degree was in biology with a minor in chemistry. My doctoral thesis revolves around how human blood macrophages, which are the cells that degrade atherosclerotic plaques, are affected by various dietary fats. This research has garnered an interest in nutritional genetics with a focus on dietary fats.
