We expose our developer to you, so you can always contact our JSGeeks engineer directly and understand his progress
We are available for daily status calls/chats. Means on daily basis you can adjust the scope of current work and understand our progress. This ensure you to be able to leverage on scrumble methodologies and move away from traditional waterfall one
We help with estimations. If you like - we are happy to estimate fragments of your project. We take this work seriously.Typical way how we estimate looks as follow: two of our top engineers/architects does the estimation independently and then we compare the results and discuss together the differences. Of course our developer is involved in the process as he will need to implement the functionality
We are flexible. We implement your project/product and we are happy to follow your standards and instructions. If as example you decide to move us to another functionality from one day to another - because you will think is more important - we can switch - we don't have to follow any "project plan" like in corporates
We are pragmatic. Although we love beautiful and perfectly structured code, we understand that the main goal for our clients is the product not the code. All our developers are experts - so they write professional an clean code, but unless we are particularly asked we won't spent time on refactoring, and beautifying the code. If we see it's absolutely necessary then we will let you know and we can scope it together.
Time reporting. We provide weekly time reports which will help you to see the progress and understand our work. If you prefer - we can use your internal time tracking system.
Real hours only. Employees sitting in the office are paid often for the time spent there. We charge only for the time spent on actual work. So - if our developer as example didn't have too much to do (waiting for decision), or he was not feeling well and spent only two hours during the day doing the actual work - you will find two hours only on the time report. We prefer to be busy full day, but we know that in the project life cycle there are some slower days (planning, decisions, testing with no bugs reported, etc) and of course we won't be charging you for idling
We provide real JavaScript developer with proper engineering background; rather then people then have to learn on the work11.
