There are many things that I am passionate about but the past few years have made me realize that my biggest passion is helping to protect the welfare of animals and fight for their rights. Animals are such innocent creatures that only focus on their own survival and we, as humans, take advantage of them for various extremely superficial things like skinning them alive in the name of fashion or testing makeup products on them. Animals deserve a right to live out their lives in peace, and I will work hard to make sure that they receive that right. I am currently an active member on the petition website called "change.org" and I want to pursue other organizations that help with animal welfare as well. I have volunteered at shelters close to my hometwon of Lunenburg, MA and I will continue to apply myself in any activity that helps out animals.

My goals are numerous but the most important one is to graduate college and make a decent life for myself thereafter. I aspire to eventually work for a company that prides itself on giving aid to animals. also, in light of the recent documentary called "Blackfish" in which Seaworld's inhumane practices are shown, I aspire to help free the killer whales that Seaworld currently holds captive.

I would also love to travel the world. I was born in China and moved here when I was six years old. Since then, I have travelled to Mexico, Spain, France, as well as many other American states. Travelling is my passion and I would love to be able to continue to explore all that the world has to offer.
