Jim Stepanian began his career in the telecommunications industry as a sales consultant for American National Telecommunications. Mr. Stepanian quickly became an expert in wholesale bandwidth solutions for International Corporations sending voice and data packets overseas.

In 1993, Jim Stepanian founded and served as the CEO of Step Overseas Telecommunications, an authorized agency of Execuline Communications. Step Overseas became the 2nd largest agency in volume as was awarded Execuline’s Fastest growing agency in 1993.

In 1996 Jim Stepanian founded Wholesale Telecom, a registered Public Utility Communications Company, offering voice and data connectivity solutions to small-medium sized fortune 100 companies. Mr. Stepanian sold his interest in WTI in 2009 to pursue his passion for Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Development.

Jimmy Stepanian founded Summerlin Asset Management, LLC, a diversified Real Estate Investment company specializing in 1st position titled debt and Real Estate Developments in 2008.

Summerlin Asset Management now has offices in Arizona, Nevada, and California.

In his spare time, Jimmy Stepanian enjoys coaching youth basketball, spending time in Lake Tahoe with family and friends, and watching his two children Justin (16) and Jamie (13) grow into young adults.
