Hi, I’m Jose. I live in New York. I am a fan of technology, design, and music. I’m also interested in entrepreneurship and travel.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Technical management. I am motivated hardworking and dedicated to any given task. I believe in empowering and teaching others and I take opposition in methods that utilize micro-managing techniques. I am leader who is considerate of his direct reports; I am fair and follow guidelines within company contract and policy. I have experience in resolving employee grievances and willing to work towards a resolution that suites the best interest of the associate and the company. I maintain control of my emotions in high stressful environments. I strongly believe in a chain of command and know how to follow and give direction. I can work with a multitude of people from all cultures around the world. I place the needs of the business and customer satisfaction first always.
