My primary interest is learning as a central process in improvement, development and innovation. I apply the new ways of learning in a WEB 2.0 reality, transforming novel innovative ideas into enabling action with the purpose of innovate improvement from 'more to better'.
I focus strongly on the development of leaders and organizations to meet the requirements of organizational life in a New Reality of WEB 2.0 with increasing complexity, acceleration and diminished predictability.
I have extensive experiences with a wide range of development processes in numerous types of businesses, with a keen focus on learning processes. I'm used as project manager and facilitate on multiple levels and is familiar with working with many diverse company cultures.I work extensively with long-term development processes in close cooperation with the business and acts as prime mover and sparring partner in start-up and establishment of large-scale development projects.
