I grew up in the bustling metropolis of Chicago, IL. I attended Virginia State University and Southern University and A&M; College where I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Political Science.

After College, I began my career as a public servant helping people in the community change their life and empowering themselves about their health and life choices. I am an educator, researcher, author, master communicator, power speaker and official game changer.

My favorite new toy is my iPAD. I enjoy meeting good people with good energy. I keep it absolutely 100 which means I am frank and earnest at all times. Currently, I operates three enterprises, has authored best- selling books, and has been mentored by the top personal and professional development guru's. I constantly coach young people to maximize their potential in life and business through personal development.
