Justin Tibbs is a multi-genre saxophonist from Akron, OH. After graduating from Firestone High School's Visual and Performing Arts program in 2006, Justin attended The University of Akron, where he studied and received a bachelor's degree in Mass Media Communications, Public Relations, and Jazz Saxophone Studies. While attending The University of Akron he studied saxophone with Rich Shanklin and Jazz with Jack Schantz.

Justin has played with such musical groups/musicians as George Mraz, Jiggs Whigham, The Brothers' Band, The Ryan Humbert Band, New Wave Nation, Red House, The Angie Haze Project, The SpeedBumps, The Jared Lee's Project, Chromadrive, Thieves of Joy, Acid Cats, and The Bethany Joy Band. Justin is also the leader of JT's Electrik Blackout and JT's Spark Trio. Justin's music has also been performed by The Canton Symphony pocket orchestra for their Divergent series

Justin has also been on such TV programs as Fox 8 in the Morning, PBS: Idealstream, and NBC's Channel 3: Good Company Morning Program. Justin has also been on WKSU's Shuffle
