Jeff's early life was spent (terrible word) hunting, shooting, and tip-toeing around the forests of Bihar in eastern India. He schooled initially in Bihar and then in Darjeeling and Calcutta... regretfully didn't learn anything useful.

Joined the tea plantations in North Bengal and Assam in 1959 and then went over to Papua New Guinea in 1977 to join coffee and tea plantations in the Western Highlands and largely gape at the locals there.

Jeff now lives in Gurgaon and runs a clinic of homeopathy there and does all his writing from there. Jeff has so far written eight books and a number of articles.
