Jessica serves as the Director for Campus Leadership for ESC Region 12 in the heart of Texas. Formerly an assistant principal and Montessori teacher, Mrs. Torres is passionate about providing educational leaders with opportunities to develop their self-efficacy and to support students and staff in achieving excellence. Jessica was appointed chair of the Waco-McLennan County Library Advisory Board and is a Texas Council of Women School Executives Region 12 Executive Leadership Team member. She frequently shares resources and insights via social media as @owl_b_torresedu.
