Ready? Go! I'm a product designer / maker-of-things based in San Francisco, California. I've been a regular face at the design-thinking agency IDEO LLC, and I'm also involved in various enterprise and consumer-facing start-ups in the Bay Area, Chicago, and New York. Along the way I've helped co-found a few start-ups, including B4UGO, Shortrr, and most recently, Happiness Engines. Most recently I've set up shop with the fabulously talented folk at Facebook.
