Jonathan T. Weaver
Career began in 1986 as a management trainee for the Scott & Fetzer company out of Cleveland Ohio...
If you google it, you'll know I started out selling Kirby Vacuums. Fortunately I was dumb enough to "follow the program" & successfully completed the inside Area Dealer program to open my own office .0001% club
In 1990 I moved into the newly deregulated telecom industry selling long distance. I was recruited by a Northern Telecom distributor & led that office to a 300% increase in sales with the skills I had learned at Kirby.
This success launched Performance Dynamics, a consulting co. that helped "Interconnect companies" (distributors of telephone systems) to grow their sales... Based on my reputation for getting results I was recruited by TTS Meridian Systems to turn around the Norstar division for Alberta.
I returned to Ontario in 1996 to get married and worked on a contract basis with an NEC distributor leveraging my telecom experience & a software company where I wrote and helped execute a Sales & Marketing business plan that won the Canadian Mercedes Benz account a pilot with Chrysler and 30+ dealerships
In 2001 I bought Peak Performers. Lowered costs & increased sales to make the company more profitable then brought in an executive with an MBA to launch the consulting practice.
Pleased to report we have had several wins in several different marketplaces

In 2008 my wife Cathie and I decided to take a year off.

In the process we had over $400,000 in donations ( sets of clubs - green fee certificates & cash ) that was given to Ronald McDonald Houses across North America
Since our return, I have found a new career. Helping Canadians get to their "Financial Balance-Point" meaning they have enough money coming in without working to support the lifestyle they have grown accustomed to.
I am not a financial planner I am and Educator as to how money works...
