Originally coming from the logistics sector, after qualifying as a forwarding agent in 1993, I worked mainly in sales, where I was responsible for import and export processing, among other things.
In 2004, my business partner at the time and I founded a mediation agency.
Based in Spain and Germany, we advised customers from EU countries, but especially from Spain, on purchasing and sales matters and assisted them in contract negotiations.
In 2010, the company was renamed and has been called Joyful Places Makler ever since. Since then, the focus has not only been on real estate, but also on any goods and services that customers from abroad would like to purchase or use in Germany.
The customer commissions us for the planning phase (even before his arrival in Germany) as well as for the negotiations and contract review and on-site support until the deal is closed.
