I am a teacher assistant and student currently living in Butner, North Carolina. My interests range from education to shopping. I am also interested in travel. I work full time and attend school part time at North Carolina Central University.

I am originally from Mexico and moved to the United States when I was two years old. We first lived in Texas then later moved to Harnett County, North Carolina at the age of six. When I was 16 I dropped out of High School to work and help my mother who was a single parent of six children. Eventually I went back to get my GED at Central Carolina Community College. Later I knew I wanted to pursue a higher education and received an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education at Vance Granville Community College.

I am a mother of four children ranging from 12 to 20 years old. My oldest will be graduating from Appalachian State majoring in Political Science. My 17 year old will be attending Texas State University pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice. My two daughters attend Falls Lake Academy.

I am a soon to be a graduate from North Carolina Central University . I will be graduating in the fall of 2017. My degree is in Child Development and Family Consumer Science.

My future goal is to become a Pre-K Teacher and continue to inspire children's lives.
