I would like to tell you a short story:

A long time ago I discovered the name of the leading dream-killer enemies of our time and for my surprise I found out they were not outside but inside us. They were called Blaming, Complaining and Justifying. They constantly show up in our life with many faces so we have to be observant of our thoughts to stop them before they start taking decisions for us. The way to challenge them is by working diligently to consciously remove them from our behavior. It may not be easy at the beginning but the effort will definitely be rewarded.
