Hi,

I’m Juan Antonio,a passionate strategy and corporate finance consultant in charge of adding value and profitability to Start-ups and Global Businesses.

I started my professional career as a project manager, that give me all the skills required to have a nice organization and planning in my daily work and coordinating/leading high scale and transversal projects at strategy and business level. After that, I tried a fast track being recruited by Deloitte, a big four, where I learned in-depth about Finance, Supply Chain, Digital Transformation and Business Strategy, partnering with companies involved in tier 1 - Ibex-35. Finally, I am working as a Strategy Analyst in the Construction Sector, in Cosentino, a Spanish global company with more than 1.000€ mill. in Revenues. Some of my responsibilities are the business plan (3 years), expansion and market researches, Corporate Projects (PMO), and Digital Transformation (process reengineering and data-financial improvements).

Moreover, I handle projects as a freelancer strategy advisor creating and implementing a business plan for start-up and Pitch-Decks to introduce the idea to investors. Others services provided have been financial planning, modeling and forecast, business development, competitors benchmark...

All of these activities, wouldn`t be possible if I am not study a double degree in Business Administration and Law and complementing with two MsCs in Finance for a better specialization. To highlight some of my strongest skills, I consider myself a fast-learner person and have a lot of curiosity and eagerness to learn new things with critical thinking (from a creative mindset). In addition, I have a strong emotional intelligence that allows me to hold challenges easier. Conversely, I believe that my major weakness is the impatience and the perfection in my deliverables that can affect deliveries and milestones.

Of course, not all is work. In my free time, I love to play basketball as much as possible. Other hobbies are read books (history, fiction, self-growth, psychology, Sociology...) and practice other sports as Running, Paddle, Diving, Kickboxing and Hiking. Spent time with family and friends is always a must.
