Youth speaker, educator, and college advocate. Juan is a hyper-passionate admissions counselor and recruiter for USF Sarasota-Manatee. Originally from Colombia, Juan moved to Florida with his family when he was 8 years old. On May 2016, he achieved one of his proudest achievements by becoming the first person in his family to earn a college degree in the United States. He is presently pursing a Master's degree in Education at USF Sarasota-Manatee.

When Juan isn't running around South-West Florida giving presentations to high school students, you might find him speaking at local Toastmasters International clubs and competing in public speaking contests.
