Juana Reina

Juana Reina has decades of experience in senior administrative roles at colleges and universities in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Currently working toward her doctor of education in higher education administration at Northeastern University, Juana Reina is conducting research for a dissertation focusing on student identity-formation as related to participation in co-curricular programs. Before enrolling at Northeastern, she earned her master of education in student personnel services from the The College of New Jersey.

Professionally, Juana Reina has served in multiple administrative capacities connected to student affairs, including guiding the Division of Student Development at Middlesex County College as founding dean. Over her tenure, she managed the installation of new digital infrastructures like the SIRSI library system and the ePortfolio project to help students share academic achievements. Earlier in her career, she held roles such as associate vice provost at the University of Pennsylvania and dean of students at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
