Juan Carlos Rosa Casasola is an artist currently living in Berlin and Valencia. He uses to show and represent everyday objects in plastic art, photography, video, installation and performance in a constant back and forth from the painting. He works in diverse transdisciplinary projects connected by a series of common approaches amplified by internet, he is interested in the blurring boundaries and nodes in the binomial space-time, public-private, physical-digital, or individual-collective among others. Connecting them with currentness general interest topics, Juan Carlos raises questions about digital distance, self-imposed needs, visibility, profitability, consumption and Big Data (the analysis and sale of data generated by users).

Casasola takes as reference the New Communication Technologies revolution with the Web 2.0, that promotes the increasing of publication and advertising of our image and life. So that he involves the audience in the creation or development of the work, and looking for the feeling of being reflected. This generate a proactively way of critical questioning and participatory attitude form.
