Juan has been providing technology consulting and training on multiple hardware and software platforms to both private and public clients since 1997. He operates in and around the San Fernando Valley & South Bay serving the Greater Los Angeles Area. He has 14+ years of distance education experience working with instructional technologies in the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD).

He has a Bachelor's in Information Technology (BSIT) and a Master's in Information Systems (MIS). Juan is extremely patient and firmly believes that there is no such thing as a dumb question, so go ahead and ask. Juan helps people with all of their technology needs.
