My professional career has developed at the intersection of finance, strategy, and organizational management, with extensive experience in financial planning, management control, operations, and strategic decision-making across diverse and complex organizations.

Currently, I serve as Director of Finance and Administration at Fundación Acción Colectiva, where I lead the organization’s financial and administrative management. Alongside this role, I lead BASA Consultores, an independent consulting practice I founded to provide financial and strategic advisory services, including business valuation, financial analysis and planning, and management control. Previously, I held leadership roles at SSeguridad, 3IT, EBP Chile, and Diego Portales University.

My academic background combines business, development, and public policy. I hold a BSc in Business Administration from the Chilean Metropolitan University of Technology, an MSc in Development, Administration and Planning from University College London, and a Master’s in Public Policy and Management from the University of Santiago of Chile, as well as a Diploma in Strategic Planning and Management Control from the University of Chile.

My work on Local Economic Development in Uganda’s Kasubi community provided me with first-hand insight into how local institutions, economic strategies, and community dynamics interact to shape sustainable development outcomes. This experience continues to inform my approach to strategy, organizational management, and inclusive development.

I am particularly interested in applying financial and strategic thinking to organizations and initiatives seeking to generate sustainable value and meaningful impact.
