Juan Sanchez

A dedicated and highly committed real estate specialist for over a decade, Juan Sanchez has experienced the growth and development of Miami first hand. Specializing in local luxury residential sales, Juan recently expanded his portfolio into international waters, listing a private island and resort in the West Caribbean off the coast of Belize in Central America.

Juan started his career in real estate in 2003 placing his license with First Service Realty in Miami, Florida. In 2004, seeking a Brokerage with greater exposure in the eastern sectors of Miami-Dade and international reach, Juan moved his license to Fortune International Realty where he focused primarily on the luxury market. Pursuing greater national exposure, Juan moved to Real Living, today a franchise of HomeServices of America Inc., an affiliate company of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., the nation’s second-biggest real estate broker. Never losing focus of his international business, he recently received his Transnational Referral Certification from ICREA, International Consortium of Real Estate Associations.
