An experienced executive in the area of private equity insurance and acquiring new business, Jude Donato serves as president of Lockton Companies, a leading firm in insurance and human resources management consultancy.

Prior to joining Lockton, Jude Donato worked with Aon Risk Solutions as assistant vice-president and project account manager, responsible for managing corporate private equity acquisitions guidance and assistance for middle-market companies alongside the group chairman.

In addition to focussing on his career obligations, Jude Donato also engages in multiple hobbies, including triathlon competitions and a variety of other athletic activities, such as basketball, fly fishing, golf, paddleboard, and skiing.

Before his work in finance, Jude Donato played baseball as an infielder, in college and professionally, as part of the minor leagues’ Chicago Cubs and Texas Rangers.

Outside of sports, he also enjoys traveling and trying new foods. Jude Donato is an alum of Old Dominion University and Fordham University, where he received degrees in marketing (bachelor’s) and business administration with a focus on management/finance (master’s), respectively.
