Bishop Dr Jude A Victor was born in Trinidad West Indies. He was saved at the age of ten and baptised in the pentecostal persuation. God has been a guide and great piority in his life from that age on. He served on the youth board in his home church, began ministry at age 21 while serving in the Trinidad & Tobago police force, and married Pastor Carol Foderingham. This marriage union produced Kevin Victor and Jewel victor.

Bishop Dr Jude A Victor pastoral ministry began in Trinidad, then migrated to Tortola BVI, and then St Martain French and dutch Islands, have conducted numerous crusade meetings and confrences in St kitts, St Thomas US Virgin islands,Grenada, Virgin Gorda BVI, Anguilla,Dominica. Bishop Victor is a teacher, preacher, conference speaker, he is the founder of Kingdom Principle Life Cathedral Brooklyn, Universal Chaplains For Christ, President of Anointed By God Seminary, Chaplain with New York Regional Police, Consecrated Bishop member of the African American Joint College of Pentecostal Bishops, and sit on the House of Bishops United Covenant Churches of Christ.
