Re-Elect Judge Tepper

Judge Roy Tepper is a lifelong resident of Long Beach. A former Long Beach Lifeguard Captain, Judge Tepper has served the City for nearly 35 years; first as a City Councilman and two-term City Council President. For the last 27 years, Judge Tepper has been Long Beach's full-time City Court Judge.

After graduating from Long Beach High School, Judge Tepper received a BA from Michigan State University. In 1970, he graduated from Brooklyn Law School with a JD. Judge Tepper has been married to his wife, Barbara, for 45 years. They have two sons; Robert, an attorney, and Gordon, a communications director, and three grandchildren.
