In addition to living in the country, I thoroughly like going camping in remote locations.
I do not consider myself to be overly athletic, though I do enjoy swimming and biking. However, I bitterly dislike organized, win/loss sports.
As a lover of remote camping trips and one with great value for the natural world, I strongly dislike RV's and campers. But deeper still is my resentment for snowmobiles and All Terrain Vehicles [ATV's].
I dislike cars, but find them to be an unfortunate necessity for modern daily life. Unequivocal, however, is my increasingly strong aversion to Sport Utility Vehicles [SUV's], as I find no practical purpose for them in the daily lives of most civilians.
Like the majority of the population, I thoroughly enjoy chocolate and like pizza, if only on occasion. However, I dislike coffee, and harbor a disgust for the various caffeine-overloaded energy drinks that can be found on the shelves of even respectable grocery retail outlets.
In addition to country music, I also dislike classical music and jazz, and have a newer, but growing, aversion to the punk and heavy metal styles of music, if they really can be called that, and not simply fall under the definition of noise.
In addition to my dislike for video games, I also harbor an ever-growing resentment of so-called "reality" television shows and the daytime television dramas known as soap operas, as well as, I should add, a spite for anything ending in "mon".
Correlating well, i think, with my resentment of organized religion, and the ideologues and zealots that accompany it, and my strong aversion to guns, is a more general dislike of violence, resulting, either in or from, my eve-tempered and conservative nature.
I would describe myself as venturesome, as i prefer variety in all areas of my life. I am frequently ready and willing to try new things, with one notable exception, that being my aversion to and dislike of vegetables and nuts.
My twin loves are those of reading and writing, and it is difficult for me to express my enjoyment of one without mentioning the other. But as both are somewhat isolationist pleasures, I have developed a personality that can best be described as quiet and reserved, if not introverted, and even I would describe myself as a loner.
