I teach Mindfulness to teens and adults in the Western Negev and online. I continue to tutor special students of English, and also edit academic and other pieces of writing. I am a puppeteer, an NLP practitioner, I write haiku and do reiki.

My start-up, Class Relax, is continuing to develop to help serve teachers and students in relaxing in order to refresh mind and spirit before or during a lesson.

I also teach Mindfulness through Puppetry to children and their parents and enjoying using drama play and other creative techniques to alleviate stress and add humour and fun to our lives.

I'm active in Partnership 2gether, nurturing a living-bridge between our school in Eshkol and schools in North Eastern New York State.

I bike and practice t'ai chi and qigong.

I'm a MOOC fan: Tibetan Buddhism, Gamification, psychology, A Brief History of Humankind, A Beginner's Guide to Irrationality, the Future of Storytelling, design, poetry, Integrative Medicine and all that is fascinating.

My blogs - judih haiku, Let My People Know -interesting people from this area, Writers Speak Out! / Poets Speak Out: int'l poets and Now Therapy: a personal blog, and Class Relax, a blog to chronicle my work in mindfulness in the field. I also write Explorations in Mindfulness, sessions with those with special needs
