Judith Garcia

Graduated in Translation an Interpreting (2012) at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. I studied English, Portuguese and French, so that I can translate them into Catalan and Spanish. I'm a sworn translator EN>CA.

I translated the catalogues of a water treatment company from Spanish to English and I subtitled a short film that participated in two festivals from English into Catalan and Spanish. Also, I did a translation from a CV CA>EN.

I worked as an interpreter in a 3-day congress in 2013.

I have postgraduate studies in linguistic assessment of the audiovisual media and I did an internship in Catalunya Ràdio.

I would like to work as a translator in the audiovisual field, preparing plots for dubbing.

However, I would also love to teach, and I'll do a Masters in teaching English as a foreign language next year.

I work teaching English as an "out of school" activity and also I work as a monitor at another school.
