I believe in "doing it anyway".

What does that mean?

It means when you don't feel like doing something you know you should, do it anyway.

When you want to do something you know you should and everyone tells you not to, do it anyway.

There's a voice inside each of us that's a guide on life's journey. It can be a soft, still voice when we're on track, or a screaming, maniacal voice that's sounding alarms and throwing red flags at us. Listen carefully.

Do it anyway.
