As an experienced psychiatrist and psychotherapist, I help a person understand his difficulties and decide together on the most appropriate therapeutic approaches for him. I do this by helping him see his strengths and use them to alleviate his problems through talking therapy. Oftentimes a few sessions of therapy (individual, couple or family) obviate the need for medicine.
