Judy Browne
In 2003 I left a 20 year career as a Project Manger and Engineer to volunteer full time with Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver. That experience changed my life. I learned so much about myself and met some incredible people.
In 2004 I created Workshop for Women. A place where I teach women the basic skills they need to take on simple home improvement projects on their own. I believe once a woman learns some basic skills in a supportive environment she will discover skills, abilities and the confidence to take on more challenging projects on her own. My home improvement classes cover topics such as home maintenance, drywall repair, plumbing and electrical basics. I also offer Power Project Series which covers power tools.
In 2008 I became a certified home inspector with Pillar to Post. I enjoy working with first time and single female homebuyers who appreciate the educational piece I can bring to the process. I love what I do and it rarely feels like work.
I am happpy to help in whatever way I can!
