Judy Papio Mastracchio, CC, CPC, CDC® is a Certified Coach through the Life Coach Institute of Orange County, a Certified Professional Coach through the Wainwright Global Institute and a CDC Certified Divorce Coach® through the CDC® College for Divorce Coaching of Tampa, Florida. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and the International Association of Professional Life Coaches.
Prior to becoming passionate about coaching, Judy was an award-winning Realtor with an international company, ranking in the top 4% of its sales associates. For 13 years, she achieved success in both buyer-controlled sales and listings and was consistently awarded gold status on the state level in her then home state of New Jersey, as well as frequently being top listing agent not only in her office, but also in the county and region.
After pursuing and attaining her own personal goals as a Realtor, she took the first step which eventually led her to becoming a coach when she founded a marketing business (Monarch Multi Media, LLC) to create innovative marketing plans for many top Realtors, as well as small businesses and non-profits. Her designs of personal marketing tools, sales and listing flyers and newsletters were legendary and some are still being used by her clients today.
In 2008, she had a life-changing event and made a decision to move to Orange County, California. There she became a Certified Coach and always wanting to improve her skills, continued her education becoming a Certified Professional Coach and a Certified Divorce Coach.
For the past five years she has specialized in helping individuals find balance in their lives and move forward, setting attainable goals and be accountable. To Judy, there is nothing more fulfilling than to watch her clients' dreams come true!
She is also the founder and CEO of OC Active Seniors whose website provides information and resources for those 55 and over living an active lifestyle in Orange County.
When not coaching, Judy is a standup comedian wannabe, having performed at the Camino Real Playhouse and the Ice House in Pasadena.
