I'm a wife, mother, daughter, friend, triathlete, marketing consultant and content/social media manager. For the past 25+ years I've developed and implemented successful marketing programs for a variety of organizations throughout the mid-Atlantic region and I'm passionate about helping small businesses become everything they envision. I'm the co-founder and President of Next Steps Resourcing, Inc., named the 2005 Small Business of the Year for the City of Norfolk by the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce and Small Business Development Center.

My strengths lie in three areas: (1) my ability to see the big picture for an organization’s growth; (2) to develop the right plan of action with the right components; and (3) to identify, obtain and manage the resources required to implement the plan.

When I'm not working I'm usually with my daughter and we're having as many adventures as we can - at the playground, the beach, the garden, at home. Once she learns to ride a bike we'll be working on being a mother/ daughter triathlon team.
