I am a Managing Partner of Judy Hutchins & Associates, living in Vancouver, Canada.

Over the past 25 years, my team and I helped small to medium-sized companies, attain their goals of growth, client stickiness and recognition of ever-changing brands. Change management was a constant and an ever present teacher; helping us learn to do the things that we were tasked with.. better. And, none of this happened without failures. How does anyone get better at their craft without falling down?!

That experience has now rolled into a new adventure, working with companies that are on the growth path and just need 'tweaking' of their existing strategies to get to the elusive next level. The fun part is working with staff and clients and building their input into a more effective living strategy.

On the personal side, my life is spent cycling, running, hiking, skiing and moving as much as possible in different parts of the world (read travel). Competing in cycling fondo's (for fun!) and pretending to be a world-class chef. I am known for spending hours and sometimes days creating a 'dinner' experience for my friends and family who have been the benefactors of 'a lot of experimentation'.

Since I was a child, I have always been 'the connector' for family, friends and colleagues and find that this is a skill that carries over well in business.
