Hello, I'm Judy, a happy American ex-patriate married to a Parisian with an adopted son born in Ukraine and living in Israel. (no, It's not that we love war zones) It means we all have 2 or 3 passports and love to travel. Here's my son and me in Paris.

I love to keep journals and have written/compiled 3 journal writing books.

I've been a teacher for some 30 years to people of all ages and consider teaching to be my calling as I take it out onto the internet. I am working on learning and teaching well-being ideas particularly to support folks over 45.
