I’m a Colorado native who succumbed to the Curse of the Yampa Valley in 1999. You may not realize that many visitors to our valley fall under the spell of this very powerful curse. Fortunately it is a friendly curse--just like the people here--and its effect is to keep you coming back to Steamboat.
My over 20 years of real estate experience includes the development, sales and marketing of luxury and resort ranch and residential properties.
Many homeowners find themselves in challenging homeownership situations, and I have been able to shed light into this confusing and emotionally challenging time. I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Short Sale and Foreclosure trained (SFR) and received Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) training. I am currently working toward my GRI.

My husband and I take full advantage of this beautiful valley and enjoy fly-fishing, hiking, golf, horseback riding and cross country skiing with our dogs, Jack and Emmie.
