I am a management professor with interests in social networks and diversity in nonprofit organizations and social enterprises-- engaging members in groups and institutions in realizing the benefits of individual difference. Self- and other- reflections are key elements to realizing more compassionate, understanding and healthy local and global communities. I enjoy travel and experiencing different cultures. I can speak French fluently (with practice), survival Spanish, and spotty Polish. I consume magazines, though not literally. I currently live in Cleveland, Ohio.
